Oakridge Securities Inc. (“Securities”) is an intended exempt market dealer pending formal approval by the Ontario Securities Commission. Oakridge Law LLP (“Law”) is a corporate and securities-focused law firm. While Securities and Law are separately owned entities operating under different regulatory environments, clients and potential clients of either of Securities and Law should be aware of the potential for conflicts of interest, as further outlined in the Conflicts of Interest disclosure document, available upon request.

A potential conflict of interest may arise when Securities provides services to an entity to which Law also provides legal services, or conversely, where Law provides legal services to an entity to which Securities also provides services. Both Securities and Law take appropriate measures, in accordance with the Ontario Securities Commission and the Law Society of Ontario, respectively, to assess and manage any potential conflicts of interest. Steps are taken to avoid any situation that presents a serious conflict posing undue risk to clients.

While both entities are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity, it is the responsibility of recipients to assess any potential conflicts and, where appropriate, seek independent legal, business, or financial advice.
